SEO Specialist / Content Writer

Position Title: SEO Specialist / Content Writer

About the Role:
Bold Media is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist / Content Writer to create engaging, search-engine-optimized content and drive organic traffic for our clients. This dual-role position blends technical SEO expertise with creative content writing to develop campaigns that achieve measurable results.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, including blog posts, web pages, and product descriptions.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for on-page SEO elements such as metadata, headers, and internal linking.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with client goals.
  • Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO and content writing.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:
Bold Media is looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the office. This role is vital in maintaining efficiency and providing exceptional support to team members and clients.

Key Duties:

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Provide support to the leadership team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.
